Like many people passionate about fashion, I spent countless hours searching online for premium streetwear, designer clothing and sought-after sneakers at fair prices. After finally finding the pieces I wanted, I placed an order with confidence, only to discover that my purchase would never arrive. The excitement quickly turned into disappointment, and the trust I had placed in the retailer was gone.

That experience changed the way I looked at online shopping.
