Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags and accessories.

• Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, we'll gladly assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:

• Socks

• Underwear

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items.

• Your full name

• The reason for the return or exchange

• Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
